Everything was great, food, staff and the bosses.

Very small selection of dishes and then 2 of them not available. Trout were brought fresh from the pond. Lamb's lettuce, although on the menu, is never sufficiently available.

What a disappointment! We saw the food in the reviews and thought we were getting a wonderful meal. The ambience outside and inside is very nice (but the bar is too modern and should have a traditional feel). We both ordered a beef roast for € 25.50. A lard amuskul came and it was very salty, the bread delicious. The salad dressing was a little too salty, but the finely sliced ​​beetroot was delicious! We got our beef and I had to return the meat IMMEDIATELY because it was too tough. My son didn't return his meat because one piece was tender, but when he ate the second piece it was tough too. Unfortunately, a teenager doesn't want to make a "scene" or give back meat that isn't good. I got my second plate in about 5 minutes and one piece was good, the other piece better than the first plate but still of poor quality. The onions weren't cooked enough and weren't caramelized. The spaetzle were good but were lying in the water in the bowl. I got the impression that the waitress and owner wanted to please me and would listen to my "recommendations" but I really don't think that will change anything. When I asked for my bill, the waitress asked if I would like a coffee or an espresso. I said if I had coffee at this time, I wouldn't be able to sleep. An alternative (such as schnapps, ice cream, etc.) was not offered. A real shame. For the price of almost 60 euros for inferior beef, a juice and a wine, the price didn't match the quality. One point deduction for the meat and one point deduction because you didn't offer anything else. I hope the owner and staff can learn from this situation.

Small but very fine menu with regional ingredients. The taste convinces even the spoiled palate, the eye is also pleased with a decorative but not exaggerated presentation. The dish puts itself in the limelight and impresses with its freshness and taste. The portions are big enough to fill you up, but can also be ordered as small portions if desired. First of all there is a little greeting from the kitchen, e.g. White bread and wholemeal baguette with fine herb quark. For most dishes, a small mixed salad is served in advance. The raw vegetable salads are fresh and homemade, the balanced dressing crowns the leafy salad and tempts you to finish your plate with a piece of bread. Unfortunately the roast is from South America, where there are backwoods cattle here. The freshly caught trout from our own fresh water pool are excellent. Be sure to ask for a dessert, too, the kitchen always comes up with little irresistible sins. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the rich breakfast buffet is an ideal start to the day. The homemade cake with a good cup of coffee or cappuccino sweetens the afternoon. The hotel is the ideal start for hiking, mountain biking, motorcyclists are very welcome here and welcome. For them, the winding roads around the Felberg are a real paradise. The Fahler waterfalls, which can be reached on foot, are worth seeing. There is also the Todnauer Hut, which is less than 5 km from the hotel and can be reached directly by car. A must is the St. Wilhelmer Hütte, which is 1.1 km away from the Todnauer Hütte. The St. Wilhelmer Hütte is open for most of the year and the innkeepers Walter and Ute Vollmer are known for radio and television (SWR 3).

Only wanted to eat 4 servings of ice cream, but had to wait 15 minutes to order and 10 minutes for the ice cream to arrive. And then it took again to pay. We're on vacation and weren't in a hurry, but that was definitely too long. Otherwise a very nice location!

After we drove past this restaurant many times on our tours, we finally stopped for dinner today. The restaurant is wonderful and has a really cozy garden to linger. The greeting when entering the garden restaurant was very warm and a table was immediately made ready for us. The staff was super friendly and always attentive with a lot of passion. A great atmosphere! The menu is clearly laid out with a good selection, from salads to fish to cordon bleu, there is sure to be something for every taste. We opted for the cordon bleu, once with French fries and once with homemade spaetzle. The Gordon bleu was just great, as was the homemade spaetzle and the French fries as they should be. Price-performance ratio is just great, there was even a mixed salad with the meal. We can recommend this restaurant to everyone, super beautiful location in the Black Forest and everything is just right, therefore 5 deserved stars, we will gladly include this restaurant on our tours.

I visited the restaurant here in the evening, nice service, good value for money. There was a little greeting from the kitchen in front, then I had the carriage pan including salad. Tasted great, would love to come back, I can only recommend it. Parking spaces are available.

Very friendly staff and a great atmosphere! One immediately feels welcome upon arriving. The rooms are nice and spacious, the bathroom is decent. Breakfast offers a good variety of food. Overall a great experience!

Only stayed for a weekend! however, we were well served from arrival to departure and were able to enjoy the good service in the house! The hotel has a lot of charm and the food is delicious too!

We were there for one night. Everything went smoothly and we were able to move into our room immediately. It was very clean and tidy. The food in our own restaurant was delicious. The workforce is more than friendly and makes you feel comfortable. If we go snowboarding to Feldberg again, we would book a room there again at any time!

You have to try the Akzent Hotel Restaurant. The menu is small but OH HO, very very fine food and the fish is freshly made from our own breed! If you are in the Black Forest since, you will not regret a stopover at the Akzent Hotel Restaurant! I can only recommend that to you!

Nice family hotel near the Wiese waterfall. Great scenery. Good bathrooms - a bit small but with nice hot water, a good and powerful hair dryer. Spacious rooms with balcony. Free and sufficient parking. Great and central location for a week in the black forest.
